Technical Assistance for Thalys in Safety

Transurb conducts technical assistance for the French-Belgian high-speed train operator, Thalys, in the framework of their Safety Management System (SMS).

CONTEXT

Thalys, the international high-speed train operator, is continuously invested in improving safety onboard.

TRANSURB MISSION

Transurb was commissioned to handle and address safety actions for the Rolling Stock (RS) department. This multi-skilled mission includes the following tasks:

1. Analysis of safety requirements considering the different legislations in force and the conformity of the RS department

2. Provide appropriate recommendations with the possible support of the RS and/or Safety stakeholders at Thalys
