Innovative practical sessions for ERTMS training
ERTMS deployment is a reality and a necessity for European railway's competitiveness
European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) is nowadays the reference in railway signalling, not just a legal framework in Europe but a globally competitive technology. ERTMS has been referred to as the real backbone of the digital railway thanks to the automatic control system and communication infrastructure. Transurb is ready to train others to this critical matter since we are up-to-date-with ERTMS developments and its implementation.
ERTMS Training sessions given by Transurb use interactive simulation tools to illustrate the main features and rationale behind ERTMS. Furthermore, our training programme designed by experts is divided into theoretical modules with an emphasis on the pedagogical approach.
Transurb Academy has been organising ERTMS training for some years now, providing over one thousand railway professionals with a broad overview of the interoperability system.
Transurb provides interactive workshops, experts, simulation tools and international expertise
Participating in our learning sessions, trainees will benefit from: real test cases, simulations of realistic scenarios, feedback from our international experience, a view on new signalling technologies, and the European Train Control System (ETCS) evolution.
Modules based on areas of interest or tailor-made program
Training sessions are designed for railway professionals interested in improving their knowledge of ERTMS and its implementation. Specific sessions are organized according to several areas of interest (e.g. infrastructure, rolling stock, operations, and more). The training covers ETCS trackside and onboard, GSM-R, track to train integration, testing, safety, certification and project management of ERTMS projects.
Transurb’s ERTMS Training is based on flexible modules and can be fitted to your needs on-demand. For more information or to book a customized session, contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
