Assistance for Seraing and Flemalle’s new train stop in Belgium

Context

Eriges, Seraing’s Autonomous Communal Authority, which directs the implementation of the Master Plan of the Seraing Valley, requested Transurb to assist in the strategic choice of Val-Saint-Lambert and Flemalle-Neuve on the most relevant location of a new train stop on the Line 125A.

Transurb’s Mission

Transurb will study the issues and the technical approach for a station at three possible locations. This study will include the support of the crossing of the train users and active modes, the soft mobility, the cost budgeting infrastructure and equipment, and will provide an estimate of the duration of the work on the Line 125A.
