Transurb has presented its projects in Knowledge Management

On the occasion of the 5th UIC World Congress on Rail Training 2019, Transurb has presented its projects in Knowledge Management.

In a growing digitalisation environment, Railway efficiency is increasingly depending on the level of updated knowledge of the railway staff. Traditional training can not cope anymore with the knowledge evolution and the new staff generations, but it requires a more structured management of the railway knowledge. Transurb provides assistance to railway clients to bring their management of key skills into line with the recent Knowledge Management ISO 30401 2018 norm.

Transurb is assisting ONCF to master the competencies related to the ERTMS system including onboard, trackside and system integration.
