We started yesterday a one week ERTMS training session at Transurb, with 11 participants from Belgium, Morocco, Turkey, Finland and UK. Our ERTMS training academy is open to the international professionals since 2016. Transurb ERTMS training programme includes theoretical and innovative practical sessions using interactive simulation tools intended to illustrate the main features of ERTMS. Particular attention is paid to the pedagogical approach. Trainers have technical competences and knowledge of ERTMS projects in Belgium and abroad. Trainees will benefit from real test cases, simulations of functional scenarios, return of experience of international projects, a view on new signalling technologies and ETCS evolution.
